These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Market Decoded course ("Course"), operated by Quietly Smart ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms in full.

I.Course Access

Upon completing your purchase, you receive lifetime access to the Market Decoded course materials, including all lessons, resources, and future updates to the existing content. Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable.

• Your account may be used on one device at a time.
• You may not share your login credentials with others.
• Access is tied to the email address used at purchase via Clerk authentication.

II.Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method for the stated course price.

Pricing is displayed at checkout and is subject to change for future purchasers. Your purchase locks in the price you paid at the time of checkout.

III.Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Course, contact us within 7 days at ipe@indiempire.com and we will issue a full refund.

After 7 days, all purchases are final and no refunds will be issued. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

IV.Intellectual Property & No Redistribution

All course content — including lessons, frameworks, text, graphics, video, audio, PDFs, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of Quietly Smart and is protected by copyright law.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any course material in any form
• Share your login access with others
• Record, screenshot, or re-publish lessons publicly
• Resell or sub-license course content to any third party
• Use course content to train AI models or for commercial purposes

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate account termination without refund and may result in legal action.

V.Educational Content Only

All course content is provided for educational and informational purposes. Nothing in the Course constitutes financial advice, a recommendation to trade, or a guarantee of results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

VI.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Course will meet your specific expectations, produce particular trading outcomes, or be uninterrupted or error-free.

VII.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quietly Smart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course, including any trading losses incurred as a result of applying course concepts.

VIII.Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Course after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

IX.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
